I can't say enough about Danna. I had never heard her name, but what I loved about her was - I posted on Nextdoor looking for recommendations for a Sales agent - and she saw it. She looked me up (not hard to do on the tax office site), found my address, drove to my house and dropped off her book, "My Secret Wealth of Information for any Seller." I skimmed it - honestly I'm not much of a reader. I decided to take a leap because I realized how outgoing she was. Her responsiveness, politeness, professionalism and taking the time to explain things to me, was the very best. She is so down to earth. She was also honest about things that I really probably didn't want to hear as a seller (time on the market, time to close, fees and issues that may pop up in closing etc). She even did everything she could during close to protect me as her client (long story, but she just went above what she should have to make sure everything was correct). Also, being 10 hours away - she made sure my house stayed presentable and took care of all of the little things that I couldn't do while I was so far away.
